Looking for advice

I'm a fairly hard but functional alcoholic. High level job. Good money and all that but I know these things fall apart. I'm not looking to crash and burn. Lately I've been trying Valium to break the urge. Seems to work a bit. Any suggestions?

We do have a sober living section that you can find here - check it out as there are some great threads and advice.

Be careful with the benzos and alcohol though - so tempting to use a benzo to reduce the amount of alcohol you need but they can be fatal when combined or lead to blackouts etc.
