Looking for a recipe

I found the site doing a little research with an idea I was playing with. Had to register to read the forum that google suggested. My interest lies in preserving dehydrated mushrooms with honey. I have "heard" that honey will take on properties of the fungus over time. Anyone got a direction for me to look? Recipes? Cautions? other storage suggestions other than chocolates? Thanks

I am pretty sure dehydrated mushrooms would keep well in an air tight container for at least a few months, am I mistaken?
