Heroin Long time Heroin smokers, 15 yrs.

I figured smoking h would raise the chance of like respritory arrest...idk?
I smoke weed every day and i cough up black/brown shit to and have a chronic cough( no pun intended;))

Yeah I'm an ex Cannabis user also I used it heavily from the age of 15 around the same time as H, believe it or not, downer drugs that had calming effects were and still are my thing, but eventually the cannabis was doing the opposite and was causing me some issues especially when I didn't smoke it.One example was i couldn't sleep if I didn't have a pipe/bong, or joint before bed time, I know other ppl are diff, it must be my mental state of mind.I know I prefered claming properties of substances because of my hyperactivity, and ADHD.:X8o But anyway I put it down to the heavy tars in the smoke it produced, I remember before my school started having a good ole toke on de pipe with some neat Moroccan hash, I put it down to that more than Joints without filters, .
