Long term IV meth issues with veins

So been using for most of the last year regularly and I shot h on and off for years before but like I’ve never encountered this problem before so like … a week ago the good vein on both arms just like fucking tapped out and like I just keep bruising everything else and now I noticed that like even veins I never hit before are not pumping blood into the barrel. It just like a drop and that’s it and if I try to inject into it it burns like hell and leaves bruise and sometimes abscess so like .. I thought it was dehydration but I drank more than a litre of coconut water yesterday and it didn’t help my situation. Taking vitamin c for the last week too. Like anyone know what’s causing this and how to fix it?

It’s the vasoconstriction, dehydration, and meth overall effect causing this. I noticed on meth my blood was different honestly, darker, thicker…

Take a few days off, hydrate, rest, take a vasodilator
