Long Term Comedown

Hi,

Have read in a few places that some symptoms of long term comedowns are only felt weeks after the dose. Was just wondering whether this was true and if so, to what extent. How will i feel in the first few days if a long term comedown is to follow. I had a very large dose (200mg) of crystal mdma and it was my first time. Should I expect a longterm comedown?

No, you should not. 200mg is a high dose yes, but it's not ludicrous or even within range of an overdose. You could have some residual effects, this is completely normal, but you won't get anything like that. In most cases it follows MDMA abuse, untested (and unluckily adulterated) MDMA or combinations of drugs (coke pops up regularly, so does alcohol) and often this is compounded by anxiety, caused by reading horror stories online

Don't worry, you're going to be fine, just go on living life, you'll see. Stick to some basic rules (read the sticky) and you'll be fine for years to come
