Liverpool area, Blue stars with line and R on the back

Hi everyone,
Im new to this and just wanted a bit of info on a specific pill. It is blue with a star on the front and a line and an R on the back, got it from the Lpool area?
Any info would be great ... just abit worried with the dodgy green stars going around here, rather be safe than sorry
