is oxy with no APAP or anything like that bad for your liver? and how about diphenhydramine or methamphetamines? which substances are the worst for your liver? thanks
 
None of the substances you mention have any clinically relevant hepatoxicity. What are worst for your liver is a very complex question to answer, as it often dose dependent and/or combination dependent. But some of the more hepatoxic substances that commonly encounter are APAP, alcohol, GBL/GHB, solvents and [older] volatile anesthetic agents like chloroform.
