Liver health - *Mega-merged*

I've taken creatine for years, just got bloodwork done, my liver is fine. though my blood creatinine levels were a bit high.
 
neither alprzl nor creatine are hepatoxic. would be farrr more concerned about the mystery-mix/'proprietary' formulations used in many weightgainers(cytosport makes muscle milk- afaik there was some drama years bcak about bad products..)

/i hope i don't need to mention the absurdity of talking about these finer points, when someone's comsuming benzo's w/ any regularity..
 
Creatine does not damage the liver at all. Its safe to take its been studied a lot and its effects on the body.
 
it's not only safe, it's almost always beneficial, whether you're athletic or not. definitely a top 5-10 supplement for anyone in my book.
 
I am asking because from what I understand, your liver is put to work when taking pills. I can only imagine creatine also effects the liver. Therefore, I am just taking precautions
