Hello Bluelight.
SWIM is an extremely active male in his early 20s who is an on-off recreational meth user. SWIM has recently been prescribed to Depakote, a mood stabilizer (and is not too excited about this prescription, to be honest).
SWIM is being tested tomorrow morning for his liver function to see if it would be safe to take Depakote. SWIM is very healthy, eats well, works out often, and hasn't used crystal for over two weeks now. Some of SWIM's friends have invited him to a get together tonight and SWIM knows there will be crystal present that he would like to use.
Would one night of mild use (low tolerance = good for SWIM's pocketbook), maybe just a dose or two, strongly affect SWIM's liver function test tomorrow morning? SWIM is very controlled while under the influence and has made appointments before after a few hours of sleep without health professionals inquiring about suspicious behavior.
Also: Is Depakote a bad idea from a recreational meth user to be taking?
Thank you for your read.
