Which of these selections are least liver damaging in high doses?? We all know that taking some every so often isn't very damaging.
This might be better off in the medical section , but I want to start off here.

I also want to add that I am posting this shit (which may seem useless to most members) because of my friend who has the Hep C and I want to know everything I can to help this person.

"Aspirin, Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen all have some impact on the liver. Light use may be safe. Aspirin and Acetamenophen should be avoided if their are any problems with blood clotting disorders. Ibuprofen is the safest for the liver, but long term use can cause problems."

Really your friend should know to avoid all of those meds.
 
I can't thank you enough for the effort . You found all the shit I needed to know for my friend. I was trying to convince this person that this person can use opiates occasionally but the info disagrees with that. I think i'm gonna start keeping an eye on my liver.
 
APAP has nothing to do with whether or not you can use opiates without hurting your body. If you are worried about APAP intake then get some opiates without any apap in them (ex: morphine sulfate, oxycontin, heroin)
 
hey if i were to take 3000mg of apap with 150mg's of codeine all at once. how many days would i be able to keep this up with out destroying my liver?
oh yeah i'm only doin it once a day.
 
reggin is right. I thought maybe he found something in the links that I posted saying that said opiates should be avoided if someone had Hep C. True many weaker opiates are mixed with APAP and other junk. Alone though, they are pretty harmless to the liver.
Your friend should really talk to his doctor about this kinda stuff though.
