I'm. New and just wanted to say hi.I was googling methadone and found this site.I've been successfully taking methadone for 7 yrs. after27. yrs. of battling addiction!! It has literally saved my life!!I wish I had more time but I'm at work so I'll. have to check back later. Peace!

Hey littleredwagon and welcome to Bluelight! Good on you for cleaning up your life and breaking free of a 27 year addiction! That would take some serious will power and balls. Perhaps you could offer some helpful advice in The Dark Side where a lot of posters are still struggling with current addictions. There is a wealth of information on this website and I am sure that between Other Drugs and Basic Drug Discussion you can probably find more information on methadone than you could poke a stick at.

I hope you stick around mate, it is a great community here.

Thanks for the information on where I should go on bluelight to get started.I need all the help I can get! I hope to learn as well as hopefully be able to help someone.I'll probably be on here more on Fri. Sat. and Sun. nights because. that's when I work and have a lot of free time.Looking forward to talking to everyone!

Great to have you here littleredwagon, I'll echo drug_mentor and his suggested forums, I think your experience on quitting a 27 year addiction will be so valuable here, and an inspiration to others too. Keep up the good work!
