Hi folks,

I have been on Lithium Orotate for 4 months and have found it to be working very well so far. The side effects are unnoticable and I am feeling very positive about how things are going.

I am now writing a book sharing my experiences and would like to reach out to anyone else that has had experiences of Lithium Orotate, good or bad. I would like to collate different accounts of how it has worked for people with bipolar or depression, as I think this would help sufferers make a more informed decision when considering changing their treatments.

I can be emailed on will.phipps.uk at gmail.com - please don't hesitate to get in touch or private message me direct here. If you know of anyone that has experience of this please put them in touch.

Thank you.

You are using it as prescribed by a doctor, yes?

You have this same thread in Neuroscience & Pharmacology Discussion. Since we do not allow for multiples of the same thread on different forums, which would you like to see stay open?

OP, something you might want to think about in deciding is whether you want technical terms and possibly some studies (in which case the other forum might be better), or if you want a bunch anecdotes (individual experiences). I think you're looking for something more along the lines of the latter, but I could be wrong.

I LOVE LITHIUM OROTATE.
it's helped me immensely, and I've been taking it for about...6 years now?
I'm bipolar, I have anxiety, OCD, and have trouble sleeping sometimes, and I don't take any meds for it. I just take lithium orotate periodically.
:D I'm glad to know the word is spreading.
