Liquid Gold?? Liquid Dream??

Has anybody ever heard of liquid gold or liquid dream? I met a guy that had some liquid dream. It was dissolved in water and kind of looked like Listerine. I asked the guy if he knew the chemical name, but he didn't. He couldn't really explain the effects either, but supposedly you take a drop of liquid gold and it dialates your pupils and gives everything a gold tinge.
