Liquid container for daily dosing

I am looking for a container (bottle of sorts would be best I suppose) that I can have sit on my nightstand inconspicuously, that will quickly and easily deliver a known amount of liquid.

I am looking to dissolve 1 gram of methamphetamine into a known amount of vodka for liquid dosing of around 10 mg per dose, with the ability to titrate +- 2 mg or so. Normally I would just use a small 50 or 100 ml vodka bottle and an oral syringe to measure out the dose, but this can't really be kept out on my nightstand, and is also a hassle to administer when my alarm goes off in the morning. I know all about liquid measurement and dosing so that's not the issue.

I was thinking some sort of eye-dropper bottle, or some sort of mouth spray product, that can be refilled and will provide a fairly consistent dose per pump/drop/spray. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Also, will methamphetamine remain stable in a 40% alcohol / 60% water solution like vodka for at least a couple months?

Decongestant bottle, but obviously don't use alcohol. You will be able to titrate a dose after a few trial and errors

I'd like to take this orally, also wouldn't the solution grow bacteria after a while if there were no significant amount of alcohol in it?
