Light, throbbing headache from this strain

I have no idea what the strain is called. My buddy swears it's some kind of cheese, but he rarely knows what he's talking about. When I vape it, I get said headache from the peak and get a very uncomfortable, unfocused feeling. To my knowledge, I haven't changed any of my habits regarding weed.

Anyone have any idea what this is and how to stop it? I smoke to get rid of pain and relax my mind, but it does the opposite. I would get another strain, but everyone gets the same bud where I live.

a lot of things can induce headaches. take into consideration how you've eaten, drank etc.

i haven't really ever gotten headaches from pot unless it's really bad stuff, in fact there's a particular strain of weed that we get (brown/lowgrade) that i get a slight throbbing pain a lot of the time i smoke it.

could be what's in the weed or it could be all in your head.

try another strain and see if the problem persists.
