Lifetime Supply?

If one were particularly inclined, and fond of researching various research chemicals, what would one consider to be a "Lifetime Supply" to stock up on in case of potential legislation that may make your favorite substance to research illegal?

I know this is a really open ended question, as it depends on usage, and dose, but let's say dosage is 20 mg? And research is twice a month? At that rate, it would equal 480 mg a year? So 5 grams would be enough for about a decade?

Has anyone else ever done similar?

It would definitely be up to the individual. Some people have incredible personal control, others don't. Most likely a determining factor in weather someone is an addict to a substance, or a casual user who's use doesn't negatively affect his/her day to day life.

To be honest, personally, I've got an incredibly addictive personality when it comes to playing video games (Terraria lately, EVE online, ect...) but not so much when it comes to substances. I feel it also helps to research and have a bit of knowledge about whatever you're doing, so you can be fully aware exactly how something may positively/negatively affect your body.
 
I bought 50g of 2CE before I was robbed, fucking pissed off.
Psychedelics would be what I would want a lifetime supply of, or MXE.
 
Oh jeez, well I'm from new York so they already took away MDPV(my favorite) as well as Mephedrone. I'd stock up on pentadrone as I heard that's similar to PV, and try to get some dimethocaine, as I heard that when you shoot it it's like cocaine.
 
regarding the op, i think it is totally doable. You'd have to divide it into several containers and keep them in different places. One in the fridge, other under the bed, other in the drawer,, so if one of them gets ruined (you fuck up the fridge one, or your apartment gets flooded, you'd still have most of the stuff.
 
Personally I would like a regulated supply of either GHB or cocaine every weekend.

I wouldn't want it everyday, because of addiction.
 
I'd only recommend getting a lifetime supply for things that don't have a compulsive re-dosing issue or large addiction potential. My personal list of "Wish I had a lifetime supply of" is Shrooms/LSD/DMT/MDMA/Ketamine/Adderall.

Knowing my personal "desired usage" amounts, that'd come out to about:

140g of Shrooms per year.
140 hits of LSD per year (assuming 250mic)
1g of DMT per year
20g of MDMA per year
~250 30mg IR adderall a year
12g of Ketamine a year (this one is only one that worries be due to compulsive redosing, I like the timed lock idea!)

So at that point, just multiply those values by whatever number of years you define as a "lifetime".

Then put the cache in a secure location, preferably in a freezer.

Pro: Never having to worry about getting caught buying.
Con: Ever have your source discovered... you're lifetime supply just turned into a lifetime sentence...
 
Yeah the timed lock deal is a good thought, I often think no matter how many pills I get, I still whip through them faster and faster...so maybe if I was guaranteed 30-40 pills (ANY opiate really, though Oxycontin is my fave) a week...time them to only give myself 4 a day (5 a day on weekends), that way I can either use them at the time or store a few up for a really good weekend. I guess you're looking at then 120/mo...so I'd say I would need at least 1000 a year...sigh. Now that is indeed a glorious thought...never worrying about how, just always being able to have the high.
 
MXE: I was thinking maybe a kilo would last if I keep a low tolerance and exercise moderation (lol).
 
I bought a half page of acid, two of the sheets ended up being for personal use between myself and close friends.
I thought that would last me at least six months....nope.
 
Lifetime supply is sound idea for people having non addictive personality for drugs (like myself, I hope). But problem where to store the stash is obviously the real one, because many things can happen that will lead to losing your precious treasure obtained by hard means during many months or even years.
