Life's Simple Pleasures

listening to my cats heartbeat while hes sleeping
giving stuff away
looking at my stones
listening to the birds outside
looking at the beauty outside my door:)

Being able to grow a beautiful full red beard and getting compliments on it every day

:D

Wow, this is right on point for me. So hard to enjoy the little things. But I would have to say:

-returning home or getting into bed after a long, hard day.
-parts of literature that seem to apply directly to oneself.
-realising that you've been moving in the right direction despite feeling like shit.
-the noise that the Zelda games makes when you do the right thing!

Good sleep and morning yoga on the balcony with a great view of the city.

Wow. I forgot about this thread!
I've WAY passed up 30 lbs :D

Soon I will have to try to just MAINTAIN my weight!

Today's simple pleasure was buying some new jeans in a size I never thought I'd purchased clothes in again.
Oh, and new shoes.

Other simple pleasures......
Smiles
Waves crashing outside
the smell of salty air
Owls

Getting a good rhythm going on my bike, and feeling the wind rush by. Making and eating a good meal. Trees.

For me atm lifes simple pleasures include but not limited to: The beach, the national parks, good coffee, the wildlife that shares my backyard with me and of course my campfire, nothing like a good ol fire:\

@ocean
wow!how u doin it girl???

Water, water, water, and more water :)
Also trying to keep stress and anxiety at a distance.
(Which is a little more difficult than drinking water:))
Eating salad for dinner a couple times a week. :)
I've still got a tummy but I'm very happy where I'm at-
If I lost 4 more pounds I'd be okay but will need to try to maintain that.
At this point I'm not trying and keep losing.......hopefully I don't get to be a skinny mini- I like being a little bigger than skin and bones- but I will say it makes me a LITTLE excited to see my hip bones for the first time in years hahahahaha

-choking on carrots
-talking so much that I find yourself replying
-not coughing when it seems like everyone else is getting sick
-reading words I've written
-looking back and being like, ah yeah, I made that choice
-looking back and being like, hell naw, I don't believe in free will and that was not me
