librium half-life vs heroin and ketamine

had my last dose of Libirum on Friday night, I know it has a long half-life but will I be safe to take some ketamine on Tuesday and some heroin on Wednesday? I fancy doing those two just one last time before I try to clean up for good. (or at least for a while)

1/2 life about 30h or so however it has active benzo metabolites with 1/2 lives of up to 200h - not sure about contra issues with ket and or H but I would have thought by tues you should be ok BUT I am not a doctor so please seek more advice for reasons of HR
