Hi,
The legality of importing 5-meo-DIPT, 5-meo-DMT, DPT, DIPT, and AMT
I've searched the forums but what has been posted on this subject has seemed somewhat inconclusive.
Can anyone tell me conclusively, is it legal or can I be charged under the analogue laws. Is there any government agency or even group who could provide me with this info?
As far as I can tell none of these chemicals are listed as controlled but Australia seems to have pretty broad analogue laws :/ any help would be appreciated

Import at your own risk... I'm pretty sure AMT now appears on the list of banned substances. The loophole with importing analogues is that they must not be for human consumption - I imagine it is nearly impossible for you to prove a non-consumption use if they confiscate your substances.
Edit: With a quick SEARCH using the terms 'schedule' and 'australia' and searching Whole Thread in this forum I found the following information which may be useful:
Foxy and DPT
Ordering AMT
Drug Schedules in Aussie
Research chemicals in Australia
