Lefetamine???

man this is the first time i have come across this chemical known as Lefetamine... After doing a quick search I found that it used to be abused in Japan in the 50s or 60s and a few other places... So if it was abused then, were the abusers getting it from a pharmacy or was it being made in clandestine labs?
