So i mixed up way to much and now am going to bed. Is it okay to put it in syringes and leave the coke over night/for a day or two

It really would not be safe, letting the water sit for several days will allow bacterial growth of explode, and greatly increase your risk for blood/heart infections.

Spray the coke/water mixture onto a plate or something and let the water evaporate and you should be left with just the coke, then scrape it up with a razor blade and you can either add it to new clean/sterile water or snort it or do whatever you want with it. Just don't use water that has been sitting for days.
And if you do decide to add it back into clean water to inject again than I would probably heat it for a second or two just to make sure any bacteria from it sitting is gone.

EDIT: Like said above, micron filtering wouldn't be a bad idea.

What about keeping it in syringes then tmrw or whenever i decide to use put in spoon and cook off bacteria...

That could work, but the only reason i was saying to get rid of the water was because that's where the bacteria will mostly grow, so if you get rid of the water and use fresh water tomorrow there will be less bacteria to cook off and less of a chance for any bad things to happen.

But if you leave it over night in the syringe i wouldn't use that same syringe to inject it tomorrow since the water that's in it will be growing bacteria. Unless you rinse it with rubbing alcohol or some type of antiseptic/antibacterial agent.

You can do whatever you feel is safe.. i just know i wouldn't IV something that was sitting overnight.. maybe let the water evap. and then snort it, just to be on the safe side? I just don't want you to get an infection or something.
