I'm sorry, is suppose to be that universal way for apologizing and sometimes it just feels like it is not enough or it can't be said enough..I hurt someone I loved very much once..and when sorry doesn't make things right what are you suppose to do...it's better that you do express your feelings...writing down the words you feel can do so much..and sharing them is even better..
I hope your apology is warminly excepted...if we didn't make mistakes we would never learn or discover anything...nobody is perfect; if we were, we would be dead...

Frostyangel is right. 'I'm sorry' is the universal apology, but sometimes it just doesn't say everything you want it to.
