LEAP; we should dedicate a forum to them

i'm not an official spokesperson, representative, or even member of LEAP but law enforcement against prohibition would be a good organization to cover.

their really amazing. i notice that we cover maps but i was thinking we should cover LEAP as well.

any thoughts?

I'm pretty sure have a MAPS section because MAPS is a major sponsor of Bluelight.

LEAP is an amazing organization, and we do talk about them quite a bit in Drugs in the Media. I'm not sure there's a necessity for an entire section, though.
