I like to use macrogol products for constipation. A pack of macrogol 4000 in the evening works nicely over night and in the morning you can usually poop. It works by increasing the amount of water in the stool. It's not hugely expensive, 1 euro or under for a single dose of 12 grams. This combined combined with a cup of strong coffeeon empty stomach usually does the trick.
Something like lactulose could have a more instant effects by stimulating the bowels. Of course there are many laxatives with different mechanisms of action.
Products that increase the amount fiber in your system are good -> your tummy likes fiber!
Important advice here: However you are doing it, take it slow with the lax dosing, and make sure you hydrate plenty.
Taking a huge dose of laxative after not having taken a shit for many days without drinking plenty of water before and after dosing can lead to some incredible stomach pain as your guts are trying to move (what feels like) concrete blocks around. The pain was unreal. I swear I needed a lamaze breathing coach to help with that 'delivery'. I used to have a fear of getting so badly blocked up (impaction, I think is the term for it) that I'd need to go to the hospital and have a massive rock of shit manually tugged out of my ass, which is pretty much what they do apparently.
Ugh, so gross.
From what I've read about 'manual disimpaction', it sounds like one of the most painful, disgusting, and humiliating processes a person can go through. After manually dislodging the 'plug' which is holding back the tide, a full on geyser of shit can come blasting out. The smell must be otherworldly. I read a comment on reddit (I think) by a person who went through that experience, and they said the feeling of relief afterwards was virtually without equal and there was a sense of being comparatively light and 'hollowed out'. So fucking gross and brutal.
The reduction in constipation issues might be one of the only benefits of being addicted to opiates long term.
