day (my weekend being the normal saturday & sunday).
Ive been depressed for almost a year and been in my current job just over 4 months. I dunno why I get anxious, I generally enjoy my job and get on well with everyone there. But on the sunday evenings I get that general anxious feeling that I sometimes got on the sunday evening before going to school as a kid (I used to get bullied a fair amount).

That's not uncommon. I wouldn't over-interpret it. But I would try to pinpoint what it is that makes you feel anxious, and if it becomes overwhelming, I would talk to a therapist about it.

I have had this feeling my whole life! I have actually learned to just accept it as a normal part of Sunday.:| I'm with Missykins, if isn't too overwhelming, just ignore it as best you can to try to diffuse it.<3

Same as herbavore. It happens to me every sunday before school, so I try to take advantage of it and do something different or something that I really love doing.

^good advice, that.

I am still looking for work. However, when I was working, Sunday evenings were the worst. I always had anxiety attacks and had to take extra benzos which resulted in Mondays with me being extremely serious and me becoming carefree and happy again by Friday.

It was a serious roller coaster every week. I think there must be tons of people on that same roller coaster.

Yeah, I think that what you're feeling is pretty normal. I like my job, but I like doing what I want on my own time better, and the adjustment from the latter to the former can be a minor annoyance, for sure. The anticipation of which could well trigger some mild anxiety, for sure.

I find that planning out my Monday back, and figuring out what I'd like to accomplish for the week, both help. Depending on what you do for a living, that may well not apply. Don't stress out over it.
