So i went to vegas for my 21st and had a good time. If u want to go to a really good strip club, hit up a place called Palaminos, its a full nude club not just a tittie bar and lap dances are 100 bucks. The second girl i got a lap dance with gave me head and gave the whole dance for free cuz she thought i was cute and i had just turned 21 =D.

But anyways on the last night i was there (well was supposed to be but my flight got cancelled and i stayed at another hotel for free for another night. Ended meeting some kid and just smoked weed the whole night) and my friend and i tried to find some yay. We ended up running into this guy on the street and got some shit for NO PRICES a gram. I went to that guys car and he gave me the baggie. I didnt kno wut to do cuz it was my first time. The guy opened the baggie and bent one of his business cards in half. He put a hit in it and told me to snort. I did that for two hits and then left with him back to the casino where my friend was. I took so long my friend ended up grabbing another gram haha. So now we had two grams and decided to head back to the hotel.

When we got there we took two lines each and went down to play some blackjack. We did this thu out the night. We finished 3/4 of each baggie. We did this from about 230 am till 730 am. By 730 i remember having bad cramping pain in my heart area and in my left arm. I was dizzy and my vision was blurry. I laid down for about 10 mins and got up and remember soaking in sweat. Im not gonna lie, i was pretty scared that i was gonna OD.

We that was sunday night/ monday morning and im still having pain in the same area just not so intense and its not all the time. I was jw wut this could be, i hope i didnt do any permanent damage. Remember this is my first time trying yay. My friend has been doing it for awhile and said it was really good shit. Thanks for your help

P.S. I had also been drinking all day and night

when you mix alcohol and cocaine it creates some other drug in your system that isn't too good for you.. im not the smartest person on here to give advice about coke as i rarely ever did it and am a downer person.. sorry i cant be more help.
Try a search for alcohol and cocaine and see what comes up.

Other than that wait for someone with more coke experience than myself and see what they have to say, but im guessing you stressed your heart out by doing almost a gram in a night with alcohol and it being your first time, your not used to it.. take what i say with a grain of salt tho..
hope you turn out alright (odds are you're fine)

thanks man, ill just wait and see from more people, but i think u may be right.

my god man, you are having a heart attack and should go to the hospital!

Bad pain in the heart area and left arm after coke? Heart problem! Going to the hospital asap is important because I think some dammage becomes hard to pinpoint after a certain time has elapsed.

Pain in the chest and arms after doing a lot of cocaine could be indicative of a heart problem. The best bet is to always get it checked out by a doctor, and to (I know you probably won't want to do this) be honest with the doctor about what happened. If he/she is a good doctor, they'll probably figure it out anyway.

The drug that is produced when you drink and do cocaine is called cocaethylene. Some believe it is more toxic/dangerous to your heart than cocaine is and also more euphoric, which is why many people drink heavily when they do cocaine. Alcohol also has an anti-anxiety effect which is usually desired when taking powerful stimulants. This desire causes lots of problems, the more you drink, the more coke you do, and then the more you drink.

If you're still having chest pains/arm pain I recommend seeking medical attention. Better safe than sorry.

Does sound like an awesome trip though! :)

ya it was a sick ass trip, btw that was my first (and prolly last time) time doing it, so im not a chronic user. So was i having a heart attack?, like i said earlier im in pretty good shape (5'4" 135).

Also do u think im gonna be ok or i permanently fucked myself.

You'd know if you had a heart attack by now haha

You'll be fine, are you still experiencing any sort of negative effects? Pain, cramps, mental effects? Doing it a few times shouldn't be a problem.

Doing lots of cocaine (briefcases full) and hanging out with porn stars excessively can cause side effects such as turning into Charlie Sheen:

The pain you felt was likely cocaine-induced angina. A little less than 10% of patients with cocaine-induced angina are found to have had a heart attack. Don't have any illusions about it man, its entirely possible to have an MI even at your age and health.

The only way to know for sure if you had a heart attack is to go and get checked out at a hospital. They'll do an EKG and take blood to check for troponin I and other blood markers The fact that you're STILL having pain is fairly disturbing and means you should be checked out immediately.

fuck man i wish it wouldve been better news, i dont have enough money and i dont have any insurance so thats not an option. Im still having some cramps, i just smoked a spliff and had slight pain but i didnt get dizzy and wasnt out of breath. Btw i forgot to mention that during this time in vegas i wasnt out of breath when i was going through that, i kno that a heart attack will cause many respiratory and breathing problems. Thanks for the help

If you had the money to go to a high class strip joint and buy lots of coke you have the money to see a doctor about the issues, go to an emergency room, I know the American health care system sucks but you'll at least get peace of mind after speaking to a doctor.

i really dont have anymore money. im just gonna wait and see wut happens, maybe after a week i will be ok. Do u think exercise may be a bad decision?

Dude. You live in the US. You can go to an ER, tell them you had cocaine and think you're having/have had a heart attack and they are obligated to treat you. Period. If you want to be in denial about the risks of drug use and being responsible afterward, go for it. But what I'm trying to tell you here are the realistic medical possibilities given the substances you consumed and the symptoms you've had/are having.

i kno that a heart attack will cause many respiratory and breathing problems. Thanks for the help

What you "know" is incorrect--you can have those symptoms, but its common to have only angina or even no symptoms at all. It varies, which is why they run actual diagnostic tests. We see people all the time who had a heart attack at some point and just didn't realize it, or mistook the pain for indigestion.

A bad decision is not getting medical care, period.

We've given you the best advice here and its up to you to take it or not. It seems like you're looking for someone to say "No, its fine. Don't worry about it, no need to see a doctor" and thats just not honest or safe advice.

ya ur right but i dont have that option right now. Thanks tho for all the help, i was also jw if exercise would be ok or wut do u think?

How the hell can we know? If you've had/are having a heart attack and angina, no you should not exercise. After a heart attack (and proper treatment thereof) exercise is good to help recover.

edit - and stop saying it isn't an option. Hospitals are obligated to treat for urgent situations like this.
