CWEs definitely taste nasty.. And there isn't much point in doing it with only 4 pills. You may have lost some hydrocodone in your final product, and when you only have 20mg to start that can have a pronounced effect. CWEs are useful to do on a large amount of pills, where your daily dose will be greater than 4,000mg of APAP.
