Large overdose on amphetamine 1.5-2g

As the title says I purchased 3.5 gram of street amphetamine and I somehow went through like 2grams (there wasn't much left although after factoring dried weight loss it'd be 2+ @ high purity on the night because I'm used to other stimulants with shorter half life's (stupidly didn't weigh it,AND stupidly was drunk)

Now according to most sources on the internet this is a fucking lethal dose. I've spent the last 8 hours reading scientific sources all claiming that a lethal dose is approx 1.5g.

the good news is I'm not dead and hopefully my heart doesn't explode. Other than a higher than I'd like to think about risk of heart attack and my brain dying, is there anything I'm likely to get?

I'm considering sleeping, walking up then phoning a&e, I doubt I'm gunna actually die and I don't know if I'm currently in a medical emergency

The speed could be between 50-80% although I'm fairly sure it's on the higher end of street speed so that's looking at a very dangerous dose

I am aware of the stupidity of nativity that lead me to taking such a big dose - no lectures please I've spent the last 15-20 hours panicking that I'm about to have a heart attack but pretty much all physical symptoms (feeling weird, sweating, tremors, fast heartbeat) have virtually gone, still VERY worried though about going into the hospital

although yesterday I did get extremely warm for about 10 minutes, at the time I didn't think much of it but hyperthermia can have really bad consequences, peoples faces are actually appearing different as if someone's stuck a paper picture over them (2-dimensional), I'm hoping I'm not turning crazy and this is just the

Long story short I bought 3.5g of dark net amphetamine paste, dried it out, did like 60-70% lf it drunk by the time I sobered - should I have gone to the hospital straight away? Been like 30 hours since first dose - was spread over 6 hours I probs peaked chemical wise at like noon yesterday

Amphetamine SO4 (sulfate) paste is both racemic (only 1/2 the strength of dextro-amphetamine as it is made from P2P and not purified chirally afterwards) and notoriously impure. In other words, you didn't do nearly 1.5 to 2 grams of pure amphetamine.

Nah man you will be fine. If you are actually overdosing on any drug, your ass won't even be conscious to worry about it.

If you can worry, you are fine, is literally true in almost every case like this.

The people that should be worried, are the ones are not even capable of thinking.

Clearly what happened is your drug was not very pure. You would be dead after 2000mg of amphetamine, and you would definitely not be coherent enough to write that post after 2g.. You would be psychotic.

At this point you will most likely be fine but obviously you should seek medical advice to make sure... Just don't do that again. And stick with amphetamine from a pharmacy so you know exactly how much you are taking. (Although you can be sure you did not ingest 2g of amphetamine, I'm sure it was mainly various types of fillers)
