Haven't been able to find anything on this. But i find when on a meth binge i find my self waking up while never actually going to sleep, would be the best way to describe it. I also uncontrollably start a sentence of a completely random topic which, when i stop and think about what ive said is usually to hard to remember or makes absolutely no sense.
Im guessing its possibly sleep deprivation. Has anyone else experienced this?

Look up microsleep... I'd give a link but I'm on my phone and can barely log in. But I speak from some (blow) experience... microsleep.

I'd say this^ is about 100% correct.

A microsleep is an episode of sleep which may last for a fraction of a second or up to thirty seconds.[1] Often, it is the result of sleep deprivation, mental fatigue, depression, sleep apnea, hypoxia, narcolepsy, or hypersomnia. For the sleep-deprived, microsleeping can occur at any time, typically without substantial warning.

Although, IME with stimulant abusers, sometimes they can microsoeep for quite a while longer.
