Do these work as muscle building steroids? Or is it pointless to bother with them

Isn't Cortaid hydrocortisone, which is used for inflammation, rashes, itching and all that stuff?

I don't know if it would have any muscle building effect, but maybe you could check out the Performance Enhancing Drugs forum and ask there.

Yeah that's what I read, But I heard it's supposed to help out so i'm not really sure.
