Lactucarium (wild lettuce resin) and N2O - First Time

This was my first time trying lactucarium (wild lettuce resin), and I was a bit skeptical about feeling any effects. Apparently it was somewhat popular in the '70s, and I know of at least one older gent that tried it back in the day. I ended up smoking ~.5g through a light bulb vaporizer, a little at a time, which gave me a pleasant lightly sedated feeling. The effects probably only lasted roughly an hour and were most noticeable when walking around. I also had a mild headache before I started smoking which slowly faded away.

The same evening was also my first time inhaling nitrous. I had heard there is a bit of reverse tolerance when using nitrous and found that to be true as every new balloon felt stronger than the last. I used about 9 or 10 cream charges total with the best feeling effects coming on after I smoked some lactucarium. After filling my lungs with N2O, I'd close my eyes and my buddy would play his acoustic guitar right next to my ear. I felt I had a deep understanding of how my buddy's emotions directly affected his music. I'm definitely looking forward to using nitrous the next time I trip.
