I have an order from my Dr for a basic lab panel, that is meant to test for things like glucose levels, euric acid levels, kidney, liver function and many things of that nature. It's part of my yearly well-check up, insurance incentive program. Is there any risk that this lab test would be affected in a negative way if I have amphetamines in my system? I wonder if it could cause incorrect readings, like high euric acid levels and end up diagnosed with gout, when I really don't have it, or vice versa. If it makes any difference, I do eat well. I do have a healthy weight (Maybe slightly overweight) This Lab test is a fasting lab, so I will be sure to eat well the day before and restrict myself to water, and plenty of it for the 12-hour period prior to my appointment for my blood draw. I HAVE to get this yearly well check completed, because my insurance company will take $1,000.00 off of my premiums for the year, and I'm getting close to the deadline. Should I be worried?

I don't think there will be incorrect readings, whatever the results are, will be correct.
Even if they don't test for illegal substances, the consumption of these substances cause some changes in the levels of enzymes and such so they may guess that drug use is a possibility.

Nope it won’t I’ve done it before my test results came out perfect after showing up on adderall your good.
