Misc L-arginine problems?

ok after taking mephedrone i get red, warm hands for a few days presumably due to vasoconstriction. ive been supplementing with ginkgo, omega 3, and a few others fine, as i read theres a chance those could ease the effects of the vasoconstriction. i also looked into L-arginine and started taking some as i read its a vasodialater etc. but strangely after i take it my red hands seem to flair up? almost like its having the opposite effect. why would this happen?

L-arginine isn't directly a vasodialator, its simply a biological precursor to nitric oxide (which is a vasodilator.) Its actual efficacy varies (probably has something to do with purity and quality since supplements are not regulated.)

Have access to any benzodiazepines? Any existing problems with hypertension?

a very limited supply of benzos, need to try and get some more if i can find somebody. and no problems with hypertension
