l-amphetamine ratio difference Adderall IR between low and high dose tablets?

what my question is, is this: when it comes to generic mixed amphet salts (adderall ir), is there a difference in the ratio of l-amphet between a low dose tablet (like say a 10mg blue tablet) and a high dose tablet (our favorite 30mg orange tablet).

i ask this because i notice a huge difference in cardio load at equivalent doses of these two separate tablets manufactured by the same company... it is really weird. if i take 6 x 10mg teva tablets i feel as though the dextroamphetamine is a much more prevalent feeling, where if i take 2 x 30mg i will experience the whole 9 yards... heart pounding, palpitations, left arm shooing-sharp pains... like i am going to have a heart attack. if i take 60mg in 10mg tablets, i do not experience any of that and actually... the feeling is quite enjoyable. i have yet to figure this out, but i can only assume that there is actually a difference in the amount of l-amphet at equivalent doses. does anyone else notice this? does this make sense to anyone else? i am no chemist, so i can not back my claim up other then what my subjective experience is. however, i have taken both quite enough to notice this difference. i'm at the point where i will not take an adderall tablet that has more then 15mg as i noticed that even the 20mg tabs will give me a cardio load. but not the 10 and 15mg tabs. thanks guys!

The ratio is the same in all Adderall formulations. Chances are the reactions you're having to increasing dosages are due to the higher dosage of dextroamphetamine you're taking (the levoamphetamine Adderall does very little). Since Adderall is 75% dextroamphetamine that means that a 15mg Adderall is 11.25mg dextroamphetamine and 3.75mg levoamphetamine. Moving up to 20mg Adderall gives you 15mg d-amphetamine and 5mg levoamphetamine. That's only a difference of 1.25mg levoamphetamine between the 15mg and 20mg doses.
