I've been on about a 30-50 gram a day kratom habit that i'm sick of and ready to stop.
Please keep in mind that I was a heroin junkie for 5 years and the withdrawals off that were not this bad... However, I was smoking incredible amounts of pot at the time which surely helped. This time I can't smoke pot so i'm going absolutely cold.
I decided to go cold turkey and i'm regretting it heavily...
On Thursday I screamed and cried and shook with RLS all fucking day in bed, and even when i ended up taking 8 grams after i couldn't take it anymore it didn't seem to help? weird... The body pain is unreal...
then the next morning (Friday) I woke up losing my shit and heavy RLS again so i took a little bit, like 4 grams and was able to fall back asleep for half the day. body pain still unreal.
Saturday (today) I have taken absolutely nothing... I feel like absolute shit. I feel better when i leave the house and go do stuff but I get exhausted immediately and it becomes a burden. body pain STILL terrible.
So any advice on this? I have to work on Wednesday (it's saturday)... I took monday and Tuesday off to hopefully get this shit out of my system by then.
