Hey fellas!
I was taking roughly 24-32 GPD Kratom for probably six or seven months. After seeing just how much it was breaking the bank, I decided to quit CT. It wasn't near as bad as the H habit I'd had before, but it was shitty enough that I got some benzos to help me through.
Anyways, I've been using Xanax 1 mg for about a week, and 2 mg for about 3 days. I would usually take one milligram before bed, and if that didn't knock me out, I'd top it with another a couple hours later.
As with all fun drug things, though, it had to come to an end, so my last dose was probably around 34 hours ago.
The Kratom symptoms are probably all gone by now, but I hardly slept last night and am a lot edgier today, most likely due to rebound symptoms from the benzos.
Do you guys have any tips for sleeping this upcoming week? I have some trazodone on hand from my H detox and rehab a couple years ago, but I'd prefer something a little more natural.
