kratom use. am i taking enough?

ive tried kratom a few times now. the first only i felt 'something'.
every other time i get no effect at all.
i have green maeng da capsules, it is all i have and really need something for withdrawal from opiates.
i think the most ive taken is maybe 3-4 grams.
should i up the dose?

You probably need to up the dose of you are seeking withdrawal relief from an opiate habit. What opiate are you withdrawaling from and at what doses?

It really depends on the quality of the kratom and the severity of the addiction. 4 grams was enough for me but Ive heard of people needing upwards of an ounce. Maybe try 8 grams next.
