All right, so I keep posting, but I’m not getting much feedback, today I have to go to an amusement park for my little sister’s birthday and I gotta make this work. I’m officially seven days no opiates. My skeletal pain is off the charts… tiny bit of kratom this morning, but it didn’t work and now I’m feeling even worse, if I took buprenorphine, would it put me into precipitated withdraw? Would I be better off with lopermide or just gabapentin/clonazepam/clonidine/ibuprophen combo?

Bupe won't put you into precip withdrawal if you've been cleaning 7 days.

But you should power through. Do the other combo. What are you coming off?

I was coming off of 500mg of OC… now just on kratom trying to kick.. sorry for late response

You won’t go into predicated withdrawal. When I first started suboxone I’m pretty sure I was also on a small Kratom habit and never noticed any interaction between them.

Suboxone is much harder to come off of than any full agonist, though. 500mg of oxy is no joke to come off of, but if you want to avoid having to come off again and Kratom has been holding you well enough I’d stay away from suboxone.

I’ve had people tell me that it’s much easier than stuff like oxy or heroin but I didn’t find that true at all. I’ve had a dependency and come off of majority of the popular opiates but and WDs are far less severe than high dose full agonist opiates, but I still got dope sick at first which did go away much faster than on OCs and stuff the other WDs lasted much longer. I’m coming up on a month off of them now and it’s taken me a few years to do it successfully because the WD never seemed to end and I couldn’t keep functioning without sleep so I kept going back.
