Opioids Kratom tincture dosage?

I have 15ml of organic kratom tincture but there are no dosage suggestions. Any suggestions? From a well known source. btw tater tots are in the oven

hey john, try a ml (one dropper full (well, as full as it goes in one compression)) if you're not taking it on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after eating, or earlier if u have fast digestion) take it sublingually. Make sure to dilute it to maybe 20-30%, I've had some terrible burns from Kava tinctures.

I also have some kava tincture, I dont mind the burn, but 30-40 drops does absolutely NOThing for me. If anything just placebo, which isn't enough. I know theres a reverse tolerance for kava kava, but then I read online about people having a tolerance for kava, i dont get it. Wouldn't a reverse tolerance keep building and building?
