Opioids Kratom or Lopes for 7 day withdrawal?

@SuperPsych that's awesome that you were forced back into active addiction through no fault of your own. I am of course being facetious here. It's practically manslaughter when these prescribers do these things. There is no good way of holding them accountable. Addicts are easy targets. People know they'll threaten to sue. They also know that they will almost never follow through the the necessary process in the courts. When your life is constant hustling/illness, it's an incredible ask for them to be on time, present and well enough to articulate their thoughts. Opioid withdrawal is agony. A person experiencing withdrawal is typically going to have an extremely difficult time thinking clearly. Then you ask them to magically join this complete other world from their tent down by the river.

The negative effects of the cognition can make it nearly impossible to do tasks beyond those of a second nature.

My point is, your brain is not running at an appropriate speed. You are not thinking for yourself. Tunnel vision takes you to a place where you only know two things for certain, you feel like shit, it's because of Opioids and Opioids will make it better. When you have your drugs freely available to you, it's very difficult to do this on your own. When you take the scoop or whatever out, maybe you add just a tiny bit more. You tell yourself it wasn't that much, so who cares,? So that doesn't even count.

You can't ever half-ass these things. You need to have a plan, discipline and dedication. You don't try one thing, try another, try another, then go back to the first. You do your research. What medication(s) work best for you. I know you mentioned Buprenorphine. Due to Fentanyl, I have been advising Buprenorphine much less. It's just not strong enough for those folks. The way you describe your experience makes me feel that Buprenorphine could be right for you

They will try to raise the dose on you. I highly recommend never going above 8mg Buprenorphine per day in chronic scenarios. Medical science has essentially proven that the Naloxone contained in the brand product "SUBOXONE" had a negligible impact on the actual effects of the drug. Suboxone/Subutex can be treated as practically identical. It's possible that the Naloxone exerts some kind of effect, though if it does, it is not significant enough to mention or describe. This was just play by Pharma to re-patent a drug (Buprenorphine) in order to make money.

I knew lots of people who couldn't afford their medications at one point or another, myself included. Over 10 years ago when I went to my first Methadone Clinic, it was much different than how it is today. It was $135/week to dose there. There would be extra charges for things like labs/blood work.

If you didn't pay on Monday, they let you dose and gave you one more day. If you didn't have it Tuesday, they would immediately be put on "Administrative Detox". This was a 72 hour detox fom Methaone, ~30%/day until day 3 at which time you would get ~33% of your original dose prior to being kicked out.

I thank God, my family and the Universe that I had help from people in my life. To be put through weeks/months of Opioid withdrawal due to lack of money is cruel and unusual punishment. The cost of the drug itself is literally measured in pennies.

My point is that I know what you're going through. Life is hard. We are all struggling with money to some extent. Having to manage an addiction adds some tension to the situation.

* Kratom *

Yes, the gel caps are a great means of doing this. It's fairly important that you use the same batch of Kratom for each round of capsules. This is another psychological thing. If you don't know for certain that the capsules are uniform, at some point you'll be taking them all apart to get to the drugs. You'll mindfuck yourself into thinking you must have taken a capsule lighter than the other ones. There is probably no bearing for this in reality, but it can easily take over your thought process, with the only remedy for the anxiety being to get the drug .

You're going to keep some capsules unfilled, as we will undoubtedly have to make changes as we go here. For right now, just use your normal amount. When you feel you're able, I would recommend buying a very large quantity of Kratom. This is both so you don't run out as quickly and also you will know that all of your capsules are indeed the same, as they came from the same bag and you made them.

If you wanna get real aggro here, you can also make capsules with a smaller amount of Kratom powder. The idea is that you can use these when you are truly desperate and need relief. For example, you could make a few capsules ~30% the weight of the normal ones. Don't misuse it. I would say only if you can't go to sleep or if it's fucking up your work. As much as this statement blows, the time for suffering is your free time. You have to be on the ball for work/kids and such, You have to use your time strategically. When you have nothing on your plate, that's a good time to start this stuff.

Let us know how it works out homie!
