Kratom Opioid Conversion?

I got into a car wreck recently then had to have my appendix out 2 weeks ago. My doctor provided me with hydrocodone 10/325 which I loved and took too many. I have used Mang Da, and Red Vein Indo Kratom before the wreck and got AMAZING results, but now it feels almost nothing on his regular Kratom dose after taking the hydro.

Does there exist an opioid conversion chart which includes Kratom? I know it's not a "true" opiate but it feels damn close. I just want to know how much to take to get that good euphoria back...

If one had to guess: how many grams of Kratom equal 10mg of hydro. Please advise. I know there's a genius out there...

You abused a full agonist and now the kratom isn't doing much, that's kind of expected to happen. Afaik kratom coversion charts don't exist and from what I've noticed attempts by users to make comparisons are usually widely variable. Jack thinks 5g feels like 5mgs of hydro while joe thinks 5g feels like 15mgs of hydro... Unfortunately the only real way you're gonna "get that euphoria back" is by taking a break. Let your tolerance drop a bit so you can re-kindle that old feeling. You can try upping your dose by a gram or two until you find your limit but you'll only get so far... At this point a week or two break should suffice.

If you resist you're gonna keep upping your dose until you get to a point where even high doses of kratom don't do much and upping the dose will just make you sick. Since kratom is a weak opioid with a ceiling, you can only achieve so much from it and once you start abusing stronger opioids what you get from it becomes less and less until you take a break. Also, the higher the tolerance the longer it takes for that tolerance to go down. I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear but it's a reality. This is coming from someone who's been addicted to kratom for years now.

Thanks. That is good advice, but not good for me. I'm wondering if one can take Tramadol on top of Kratom? From what I understand it is similar feeling. Or will the two not jive, or will one block the other? I hope for a good synergy. Just ingested 5 grams of indo Red Vein and 5 grams of Maeng Da, I'm curious to see the results, I never have negative side effects from these. Wish me luck. I'll let you know how it goes? If it bombs should I take another 10 grams?

Please stop reffering to your "dog". SWIM, my dog, and all those other ways of avoiding self incrimination are against the rules. Hate to say it but if you can't refer to yourself in the first person you probably shouldn't be posting on drug forums as it won't make or break any court cases, especially if you say "my dog" in one sentence then go on to use "I" and "me" lol 8).

I personally enjoy the combo although you definitely wanna keep the tramadol dose very low. The risk of seizures with recreational doses of tramadol alone is very real so once you start throwing in another opioid with funky properties and noradrenergic activity it becomes an even bigger risk. Looking back, it was once I started getting into this combo regularly that kratom really stopped doing much on it's own, not trying to preach but know you're on a sketchy path here. Stay safe.

unless you have some uei i wouldnt waste my time with any kratom while you have an opiate tolerance. either stop one or the other and wait for your tolerance to drop. tramadol sucks.
