What you're asking for is another OTC opioid, and nope, there is nothing of the sort. Kratom was the last bastion of the euphoric sedatives, I'm afraid.
Tianeptine is another opioid but it seems to be easier to form a dependence on that than kratom
[e.g.], and it's also harder to source as you're not going to find it in headshops. It also lacks the stimulating effect that kratom has as it doesn't have any adrenergic activity.
Well i said it doesn't need to be an opioid, and that it could even be a combo of drugs which combines to create a feeling of well being with it being anxiolytic and relaxing, but also stimulating.
Like I said, though the combo of Prolintane and Phenibut didn't REALLY feel like Kratom, at the proper dosages it had many of the same benefits of it being relaxing and stimulating at the same time.
I don't know if you could ever find them in the same drug (though Phenibut is a bit stimulating but not like Kratom), but I'd have to assume there's SOME combo, even if it's 3 drugs, that could produce a state of well being even if not exactly LIKE Kratom...still having those qualities.
Like I said, my last shroom trip was VERY relaxing and I bet if I'd thrown in a low dose stimulant it would have been even more satisfying than Kratom.
I mean I'm sure there ARE some kinds of drug combos providing something akin to what I'm talking about but they wouldn't really feel like Kratom.
This is really an injustice and yet one more way for the government to just strip people of their rights, but there's a billion other ways it happens every day.
I will NEVER EVER understand why drugs, ANY drugs, even heroin, ever became illegal in the first place.
The war drugs has not only NOT worked, it's been HORRIBLE and created SO much MORE crime.
BUT....I guess whether or not it has "worked" depends on what you stand to gain, and if you work for the DEA or branches of government which stand to gain MONEY through the war on drugs, or work for the prison system, then you'd probably consider the war on drugs a MASSIVE success because it's made "the right people" TONS of money.
I guess that's it at the end of the day: few people REALLY care about saving lives or "protecting us from ourselves"...it's all about money, and if that is your marker for success, well than I guess the war on drugs has been an astounding achievement of money making destruction.
