Misc Kratom dosage question

So this is my fist time trying kratom. I was wondering how much I should take - I have this stuff called nodzilla it contains 500mg of pure extract. The serving size says one capsule and do not exceed 2, and I got another pack of 10 (different brand) and it contains 400mg in each, serving size 4 capsules. Is there something about potency, like i was reading there is some like 10x, 15x, 20x ect. So should take one of the nodzilla, or would that be too much if it is pure extract (says 95% on their site) so would that mean i'm taking around 5 grams of powder dose? (which I know is a lot). any input is appreciated

Idk w/ extracts , stick to powder ...... Just remember , less is more when it comes to kratom - a little too much and you'll feel like shit!
Try to be equivalent to 4-5g powder

Like Icup said 5 grams of plain leaf is a pretty average size dose. I'd stick to the recommended amount to first test it out, I found the powder extracts more effective mixed with plain leaf than by itself.

Start with an equvalent of 3g and titrate yourself up.

i just do a couple lines and see how i feel after 5 min

If you mean lines in snorting, you don't snort kratom, you take it orally and it doesn't come up in 5min....
