Kratom and vivitrol

Hi i am new to this and have not been able to find the answers i was looking for without posting. I am getting the Vivitrol Shot in two days. It is a great headstart on getting clean time. To get the shot without getting sick you must have 5 clean days from opiates. This includes suboxone, pills, herion etc. I have been clean for 10 days and have not slept much at all. I have takin Kratom before to curb my appetite for oc addiction. My question is this. Can i take kratom the day or two before i get the Vivitrol shot without getting sick? i need sleep and energy at work but dont want to get sick after they stick me. PLEASE HELP if you know!!!!
 
Kratom contains opioid agonists which if still activating receptors when naltrexone is administered could result in nasty precipitated withdrawal.
