Kratom 20x resin

I have just acquired some 20x extract kraton resin. Do any of you have knowledge on which roa would be best?

I've never used the extract so I can't speak to dosage, I use the micronized leaf, and I put it in chocolate milk shakes.

Eating it will be a way more efficient use of material than making tea.

I've not used much kratom resin/extract myself, and 20x can be a pretty meaningless term depending, so I would just start small (0.5-1tsp) and work up from there. You do not want to accidentally ingest too much, it is very unpleasant.
