Abroad maybe, but have you ever been to Sault Sainte Marie? You might be feeling like a foreigner there even on the Michigan side, aye?

Transcendence said:Yeah, move to Romania and start a revolution there. Like it or not, the US government is very stable and isn't going to be overthrown anytime soon, short of an absolute catastrophe.
mulberryman said:^well in that case,

Fleeing the country would be even harder.
Besides, I have constitutionally protected rights to stand upon.
The government needs to stop taking our liberties and violating our rights - as these are criminal acts - and be brought to justice.

And I suppose you believe Iraq has WMD?
You seem to be justifying and seeking changes to present day international borders, established 90 years ago, based on present day population demographics. There is no precedent for such changes of international borders. And none should be made.
The Kosovo Albanians, assuming that they are in Kosovo legally, have a right to be there, have equal rights and have a right to a certain amount of autonomy. If however, these Albanians engage in subversive or violent acts against the government of Serbia, that government has a sovereign right to use force to put an end to these acts. That right is enshrined in international law. Moreover, if the Kosovo Albanians do not want to accept Serbian sovereignty, they are free to leave Kosovo.

I again ask the question: Why should a territory remained attached to a state when an overwhelming majority of its populace wants independence?
mulberryman said:Well shit, in 50 years its all gonna be part of the EU anyway...
Kalash said:Why do we need governments at this point?
