Anyone a fan of organic/raw Kombucha? If so, your thoughts? If not, your thoughts? At the very least it's a good way for me to waste the money that I used to waste on opioids.

=D

In my case, although I only mild effects (and these might just be the B vitamins in it), mostly limited to help get my regular as the suboxone I take is kind of constipating, I love love LOVE the stuff. Well, not all brands. Most I actually don't like very much at all, considering how expensive the stuff is I mean. My fav is GT's ginger flavour.

I made a few batches a couple of years ago. It tasted good, but I didn't take it regularly enough to notice any big effects. I'm going to start it up again, once I can find a mother.

Eff bottled kombucha, btw. Make your own, it's dead easy.

brewing it is one of my hobby's it's easy and lends well for experimentating trying to find the perfect recipe.
just listen to your body when drinking it instead of slamming liters imo its properties place it beyond beverage akin more to medicin.

Although I haven't been consuming it regularly my latest recipe with cold infused yellow tea an pu ehr was tha bomb.

I like using a nice oolong, personally.

Oh, and I agree on not over-indulging. It's got a fair bit of sugar in it; no more than 8 ounces a day, IMO.
