Klonopin/tramadol

Is it safe to mix 4mgs of klonopin with 100mgs of tramadol....safe combo or no? Should I revise my combination?
Any insight is appreciated.
Mind you, I took 140 mgs vyvanse, 2 capsules of NV diet pills, half a five hour energy shot, and vitamins such as calcium, d, b12, oh and 60mgs of cymbalta.
And before bed i have to take 50mgs of topamax.
Am I good to go?

A few years ago I used to take up to twenty mgs a day...recently I've been taking about 3mgs for the last five or six days or so. And tramadol I have a pretty good tolerance too, haven't taken it in a few weeks, but I've been taking about a mg or a lil more of sub about twice a week. I'm pretty good with my tolerances to things.

you should definitely be fine on that combination if you used to have a tolerance, I did diaz with tramadol a few times and it was a nice combination.

What if I mix about 20mgs morphine ER along too?

Definitely do not add morphine to that mix. IMO your options are either morphine and tramadol or a lower dose like 1-2mg of clonazepam with 50-100mg of tramadol.

Do not consume all three, they are each powerful CNS depressants.

Hi,

Im on 400mg tramadol XR taken in the morning.for pain relief due to recent surgery on abdominal musclereconstruction.
Tonight I was planning on using clonazapam 2mg, and zolpidem to see how well it deals with my sleep issues.

As u may remember I have been taking quite high xanax doses for a week. About 8mg last night, and i didnt sleep well on it at all.
I've found xanax to be a big let down for me.

So do u think 2mg clonazapam and a zolpidem tablet will be enough? I only ask because I've read it can take a long time to kick in. So should i take 4mg, considering I need 8mg xanax to make me drowsy?

I also have Diazepam, and Dormicum 15 mg. Which is plan B

Any advice appreciated.

it is true Klonpin (clonazepam) take awhile to kick in, about 1 to 2 hours before you reach peak effects when taken orally .. Some say though that dissolving the crushed klonopin under your tongue and letting it sit there for about 15-20mins (or at least 10 mins) it will kick it in a little faster. I to do klonopins this way b/c they have a minty taste and i've read scientific reports of sublingual Clonazepam.. So whether the pill version works under the tongue or not most seem to prefer to sublingual their klonpins .. But DO NOT snort k-pins benzos don't absorbed hardly at all intra-nasaly.. The only benzo that is water-soluable is Midazolam and I doubt you will ever come across that substance, and to be honest to pill versions are somewhat over rated but i bet the IV stuff at the hospital is wonderful lol.
