Benzos Klonopin bust, Help!!!

hello blue light.
i am a minor, and in school was caught with 8 klonopin. i got suspended for 2 weeks, not a huge deal to me. but my friend on the other hand, was charged with distribuating klonopin and he had brought over 90 of them to school and he was caught. less then 2 monthes ago i was charged with pharaphanila, and the judge reduced it to loitering and and if i get cought within the next 6 monthes the charge comes back. i just want to know what im looking at and my friend. Thanks!!!!
