brother i could go on and on about professional bodybuilding in the 1990's

it was 1991, i was 14 years old, i had a monthly subscription to Flex Magazine, there was no internet, only books and magazines like Flex & MuscleMedia2000

my room was covered in the little posters that would come each month folded away in each issue

i carried around that month's issue in my hand from class to class in high school, i argued with my gym teacher under the delusion that pro bodybuilders did not use steroids

i dreamed of going to the 'O'lympia in Las Vegas one day as a spectator, to meet all the pros - Dorian, Nasser, Wheeler, Priest, Levrone, Titus, Dillett, De Mayo and the like

i was pitifully weak and awfully skinny, but i ate like lee priest [garbage] but had dreams to look like Dorian Yates...grrrr

by the time i graduated high school i was 48lbs heavier with solid 8 pack abs, no longer that skinny, weak kid

i still have a box of old issues of Flex Magazine, my wife bitches every time we move and she attempts to pick up the box but cannot
 
remember how incredible craig titus looked back before jail ? Early 90s - he was so damn dry and shredded, what a shame huh? I loved the physiqes then - shawn ray also way above rest.

weird...i was going to say that because i've been watching craig titus videos on youtube all month...i didnt know he got caught with 950 mdma pills in 97 and did 2 years after failing 7 drug tests for steroids...this was all before the murder

he was caught w/kelly about 10 minutes from my house, was crazy local news bro!
